

I am guided by my Higher Inspiration to assist my students to find their own natural limits and boundaries on the inside and to listen to their body's innate wisdom. Through their exploration of the poses using breath, gravity and visualisation they discover a little more about themselves.
Breath is a great indicator of where you are in the moment.
Not only does it indicate an area which is stuck but can also signal the release of such blockages. Correct emphasis on the breath can assist the movements to be more fluid.
Emotions get stuck in the tissue of the body thus creating energy blocks. After releasing blocked energy, new spaces open up which results in a feeling of renewal.
My feeling is that the more we listen to the body, the more we allow its innate wisdom to shine through, the less we will be inclined to take on what no longer serves us.
This is a process and the awareness certainly does come and through this awareness, each time we renew, something more beautiful is revealed to us.
